DESCRIPTION OF AWARD
The MDAA honors an alumnus/alumna who have typified St. Georges High Schools’ tradition of excellence and brought credit to the school by their personal accomplishment, professional achievement or humanitarian service.

Criteria for selection for the award includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Accomplishments and success in the candidates chosen profession/career;
• Candidate's interest and loyalty to the School;
• Outstanding contributions and/or accomplishments in the area of community service;
• Awards/honors/recognition received related to profession/career;
• Importance of Schools’ role in success of candidate;*

 

 

ELIGIBILITY
All persons who have been enrolled at St. Georges’ High School and graduated or were expected to graduate in the year 2005 are eligible. Individuals that were expelled or otherwise discharged disgracefully are not eligible.

 

 

NOMINATIONS
Alumni of St. Georges’ High School may submit nominations. The Committee Members encourages all interested persons to submit a nomination by completing and submitting the nomination form (electronically or by hand) by February 28th 2015.

The Graduation Committee Members of the Class of 2005

 

 

TIMELINE
Nominations will be solicited in October 2014. The top 4 finalist will be announced April 4th 2015. The winner and runner ups will be awarded at the Reunion Banquet on June 13th 2015 during the reunion weekend.
