In the Message section of the form please sumbit the following:

 

• Accomplishments and success in the candidates’ chosen profession/career

• Statements of evidence demonstrating candidates interest and pride in STGHS and loyalty to the School

• Outstanding contributions and/or accomplishments in the area of community service

• Awards/honors/recognition received related to profession/career

 

Please submit a brief summary (200 words or less) on the nominee, all supporting materials

(articles, etc) to further substantiate the nomination and a recent photograph of the nominee with

the nomination form to the Reunion Committee by February 28th 2015
